what are you doing with all the citrus?if nothing then i suggest curing them as in Moroccan stleor you can make lemon curd =) and/or candied citrus peal
I always have lemons on hand. I use them pad thai sauce, cookies, salad dressing, squares, tarts, etc. I cannot have a stocked kitchen without lemons!
